Taizhou
Mold Group was established on October 1997, which is formed
by 12 enterprises. Taizhou Mold Group Co., LTD., the core
layer of the group, is composed of the former Huangyan
Xinqiao Hardware Mold Factory, Xinqiao Mold factory and
Xinqiao Shoes-type Mold Factory. Zhejiang Rongda Industry
Co., LTD., Taizhou Dafa Automobile Parts Factory and Taizhou
Xinqiao Plastic Mold Factory are made the tight layer
enterprises of the group. Six enterprises, such as Taizhou
Helong Industry and Trade Co., LTD., Xinqiao Mold Factory
are made the half-tight and the loose layer enterprises
of the group.
Taizhou
Mold Group Co., LTD., the core layer enterprise of the
group and one of the member ship of China Mold Industry
Association, is located in Xinqiao Industry Zone, Taizhou
City, Zhejiang Province with its registered capital of
RMB 51,880,000.00, and is 3km away from the Huangyan Airport.
Now the company occupies a land of 100Mu and covers building
area of 26,308sqm with its staff members of 926, of which
118 members are mold engineering technical personnel.
The company has abundant technical power with the CAD/CAM
processing center, more than 300 sets of processing equipment
such as three coordinates surveying instruments, profile
modeling mills, total numerical controlled electric spark
pulse, line cutters, etc., and more than 40 sets of various
mold plastics machines under 10000g. The group has possessed
the ability to manufacture large-scale, precise, complicated,
and long-lived mold and to process all kinds of plastic
production. An industry chain has initially taken shape
from precision casting to mold manufacturing to plastic
production processing.
